Why didn’t my crawl find my social profiles?

The brand research crawl searches publicly available information using web search. If your social profiles aren’t publicly linked to your brand name or domain, they may not be discovered. You can manually add missing information by editing your Brand Profile in Settings → Brand Profile.

Can I edit my Brand Profile after the crawl?

Yes. You can edit any part of your Brand Profile at any time from Settings → Brand Profile. Changes are saved immediately and apply to all future content generation.

Will it publish directly to my store?

Brandmind never publishes content without your explicit action. After generating content, you review it first. You can then choose to push product descriptions or blog posts to your Shopify store using the Push to Shopify button. Social media posts, ads, and email copy are generated for you to copy and use in your preferred platform.

What’s the difference between plan tiers?

Plans differ in two ways: the number of generations per month and the content types available. Higher tiers unlock more content types (social posts, ads, email, launch campaigns) and include more monthly generations. See the Billing & Plans page for full details.

Does Brandmind store my product data?

Yes. Brandmind stores your product catalog data (titles, descriptions, variants, prices, collections, and images) to power content generation. We do not store customer personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What AI is powering this?

Brandmind uses Anthropic’s Claude as the primary AI model for content generation, with OpenAI as a fallback provider. Neither provider retains your data after processing. No customer personal data is ever sent to these services — only product catalog data and brand profile context.

How do generation limits work?

Each plan includes a set number of content generations per month. Every time you generate a piece of content (regardless of content type), it counts as one generation. Your limit resets at the start of each monthly billing cycle. You can see your remaining generations on the app dashboard.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

When you uninstall Brandmind, session data is deleted immediately. Your store data (brand profile, generation history, configurations) is retained for 48 hours in case you reinstall. After 48 hours, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted. You can also request immediate deletion from the Settings page before uninstalling.
