Brandmind offers six plan tiers to fit businesses of every size. All billing is handled entirely through Shopify — there are no external payment processors.

How to Upgrade or Downgrade
To change your plan, go to Settings → Subscription in the Brandmind app. Select your desired plan and confirm. Plan changes are processed through Shopify’s billing system and take effect immediately.
Generation Limit Reset
Your generation limit resets at the start of each monthly billing cycle. Unused generations do not roll over to the next month.
Brand Research Limit
All plans include 2 brand research crawls per billing period. Your first crawl runs during onboarding. You can use the second crawl to refresh your brand profile if your brand evolves.
Billing Through Shopify
All charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Brandmind does not collect payment information directly — billing is managed entirely through Shopify’s subscription system.
